What our clients are saying

Well, I don’t know where to start? I guess this all came together with a search on the internet to find a reputable real estate agency to help sell my mom’s house I recently inherited. I came across your web site, entered my info and got a call from you to meet. Just as we agreed to sell, you also found that the house still needed to pass through probate; I thought the sale would be doomed due to the cost involved to process a probate. You stepped up and recommended your Attorney, who handled every step of the process for me; all to my surprise, everything came true! I really can’t thank you enough for all your help and guidance, a scary process was all laid out clearly. Now I can pursue my dream of moving out of state and starting over with a new career. Worcester

I write this as a note of thanks! Your help made a difficult decision a little easier. After finding your agency services online, I decided to reach out to you. You kept the sales process transparent, educating me every step of the way. The process went smoother than I thought it would have! A stressful situation was made bearable with your guidance… Thank you, for all the help you bring to people in difficult situations. Worcester, MA

~ Linda Burhans

We want to express our deepest appreciation for all your help in buying our first home. During a very stressful time, you kept us calm and guided us through things we didn't know. You are extremely patient, always smiling and willing to help in any way possible to keep the buying process going and completed as soon as possible. No matter what the obstacle was, you found a way around it! Your attention to detail, responding to phone calls and keeping me informed took a lot of pressure off us. You absolutely went above and beyond in every way possible! We look forward to having you as a friend, not just our real estate agent, as well as spreading the news to everyone we know about our great experience. Anytime I talk to anyone in need of buying or selling a house, I will DEFINITELY send them to you! Worcester, MA

~ Giang Family

Your companies’ services are just what I needed in order to sell my house and move on after the passing of my husband...Your sales guaranteed was a life saver! You gave me two options, one to list it and one to sell to your company...After some thought, I choose to opt out of dealing with agents and buyers trudging through my house and disrupting my life and to sell it to you. Just the repair work alone to get it marketable was going to cost me thousands...With your guidance and your attorney's involvement, the closing went great. I would highly recommend your services, thanks again for all your help! Worcester, MA

~ Carolyn Hogan

"As a Real Estate Attorney I have been involved with many difficult real estate closings & estates needed to be probated. I have been extremely impressed with the way you conduct your business affairs, in an ethical extremely professional manner. I extend my sincere gratitude to your company as we continue our ongoing professional relationship."

~ Attorney David Lima

Dear Joe, Many thanks for all your help in the sale of our home; we were so anxious about whether or not we could sell it for what we needed to pay off the mortgage and move forward during this terrible market. Well, we are so happy to say ‘thank you' for all your help in making the process smooth and a reality. Worcester, MA

~ George Machonis

I wanted to take a moment to pass along our thanks for all your help and patience during the sale of our house. After dealing with the emotions of my brothers passing, the job of cleaning out and preparing the house for sale became real and overwhelming; we didn’t know where to start? Not only were there years of accumulated "stuff" left everywhere, the repair work necessary just to get it in marketable condition was overwhelming! During our first meeting you evaluated the property and got back to us that day with a price point to sell it “As Is”. At that point, we knew working with Properties Central Realty was in our best interest... With your guidance, the sale & closing went smooth with no glitches. Everything you said and agreed on came true; I would highly recommend your services to anyone needing to sell their house. Framingham, MA
